Every year, at its annual conference, the npsa brings together hundreds of political scientists from all fields of study and from all parts of the united states and the world for the purpose of enhancing and expanding their knowledge of politics.

2016 annual conference, the 48th, was held on november 10-12 at the omni parker house hotel in boston, 2017, the 49th meeting will be held in philadelphia, pennsylvania, on november 9-11 at the loews philadelphia 2018, the 50th anniversary annual meeting will be held at the hotel bonaventure in montreal, political science research and publication 2017 mena political science research and publication conference was held in tunis from july 25-27, 2017.
